Compassionate Care For Everyone
AxcessPointe is a private non-profit organization that was founded as Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, and as a new start Section 330 funded Community Health Center (CHC) in March 2006. AxcessPoint provides comprehensive, high-quality primary health care to our patients regardless of ability to pay. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide health care to all members of our community, including low income, indigent, and uninsured patients who may not otherwise be able to afford health care via traditional sources.
Our primary care centers offer sliding fee scale discounts for all patients, as well as, prescription assistance, behavioral health support and referral assistance so that all people have access to quality health care for both acute and chronic conditions.
Our goal is to provide all residents of Cabarrus, Rowan and nearby counties with a medical home and with a provider they can know and trust, in an atmosphere that promotes respect and dignity.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have continued to expand access to testing, vaccines, and reliable health resources for our patients. Although conditions have improved, COVID-19 is still present, making continued awareness and prevention essential.
